Terms of Service — The Crysler Group LLC

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and The Crysler Group LLC ("we," "us," or "Company"), governing your access to and use of our websites and services, including thecrysler.club and the Operations Workbench platform at workbench.thecrysler.club, including all related tools, features, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts & Registration

Some features of the Service are available without an account. To access saved data, Pro features, or Client engagement features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Service Tiers

The Service is offered in multiple tiers:

Free Tier: Limited access to tools with usage caps (e.g., 3 uses for certain calculators, 1 use for certain AI-powered analyses). No account required for some tools.
Pro Plan: Expanded access and features for a paid monthly or annual subscription.
Client Tier: Full platform access granted to active consulting engagement clients. Access is managed by The Crysler Group LLC and is not available for self-service purchase.

5. Subscription & Billing

The Pro Plan is offered at the following rates:

Monthly: $97 USD per month
Annual: $970 USD per year

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate until you cancel.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.

Refund Policy: All subscription payments are non-refundable. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We encourage you to make use of the free tier to evaluate the Service before subscribing.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply at your next renewal.

6. AI-Powered Tools & Disclaimer

Important: Several tools within the Service use artificial intelligence, including features powered by Anthropic Claude and OpenAI. All AI-generated outputs — including analyses, recommendations, financial projections, simulation results, diagnostic transcripts, and reports — are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to financial, legal, operational, or management advice. You should not rely solely on outputs from the Service to make business decisions. We strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals for matters with material financial or operational impact.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs. Results may vary and may contain errors.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal use
Share your account credentials or allow others to access the Service through your account
Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as professional advice to third parties
Resell, redistribute, or white-label any part of the Service without written permission

8. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including its design, code, tools, methodologies, branding, and documentation, is the property of The Crysler Group LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Operations Workbench" and "The Crysler Club" are trademarks of The Crysler Group LLC.

Your Outputs: You retain ownership of the data you input and the outputs generated from your use of the tools (e.g., PDF reports, simulation results, analyses). We claim no ownership over your outputs.

License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs as necessary to provide the Service. We do not use your data to train AI models.

9. Client Engagement Terms

If you are a Client Tier user participating in a consulting engagement:

Your engagement is governed by a separate consulting agreement between you (or your organization) and The Crysler Group LLC.
These Terms apply to your use of the platform in addition to any consulting agreement.
Engagement data (meeting notes, priorities, files, activity logs) is visible to your assigned consultant and is managed within the platform.
Client Tier access may be revoked when the consulting engagement concludes, at the discretion of The Crysler Group LLC.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall The Crysler Group LLC, its owner, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Crysler Group LLC and its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Intellectual Property) will survive.

14. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
